The first 350FT jack-up and self-propelled work platform W6018 built by CMHI Weihai Jinling for Huake Wuzhou (Tianjin) Offshore Engineering Co.
During the docking period of the platform, the project team clarified the construction idea and all departments cooperated with each other. The Outfitting Department coordinated with the clampers to complete the grinding and installation of nearly 500 wedges in a row overnight, and the commissioning team assisted the engineers to complete the functional debugging and inspection of the lifting system in a short period of time, so as to create conditions for the lifting of the ship to connect with the piles after leaving the docking area. The Manufacturing Department worked overtime and reasonably deployed resources to ensure that the same series of platforms in the dock reached the docking status, realizing the company's goal of building the same series of ships in the same dock.
The project team will accelerate the platform lifting, crane loading and the overall test work of the related pipeline and electrical system to ensure the early delivery of the ship at the end of November.
